Bridge End Bloomy: This new Cheese is made by The Glengarry Fine Cheese Company in Lancaster, Ontario. It's made from full fat cows milk and each round is approximately 200mm in diameter and weighs 800g. It has an oatmeal texture rind that encases an extremely rich, voluptuous creamy paste that is not unlike a French triple creme cheese. Take a bite of this cheese, and let your taste buds guide you.
