The ingredients in our Vegan Cheddar Shredded cheese include a blend of plant-based ingredients aimed at mimicking traditional cheese flavors and textures:

Oat Cream Blend composed of: Water, Gluten-Free Oat Flour, Pea Protein, Cultures, Enzymes, Tapioca Starch, Coconut Oil, Corn Starch, Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil, Calcium Phosphate, Less than 2% of the following ingredients:

Konjac Flour, Fruit and Vegetable Juice (for color), Yeast Extract, Annatto (for color), Salt, Dextrose, Xanthan Gum

Lactic Acid, Natural Flavors. Cheddar Shredded cheese to melt and perform similarly to dairy cheese while maintaining a dairy-free, vegan profile. The product is certified gluten-free, plant-based, and non-GMO
